All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices listed on the website, do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option you have chosen. The dimensions, overall weight and number of items in your cart will determine your final total.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return to exchange the same item(s) for a different size or return for a store credit note.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returned an item outside AU, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. WhateverWorks is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
Return via post: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order providing your order number. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number within 24hrs and instructions on how to return your order.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
We aim to clear all refunds within 24 hours of when we have received your return. Please note that refund to credit cards usually takes 2-3 business days to complete.
